Healing while moving?

Do ground units heal while moving, so long as their not under attack?

ground units heal 15 percent of their lost condition at day change, as long as they are in territory you own. they heal while moving, and even in combat. navy heals anywhere. air will heal, even on patrol, if they are based at your own airbase (not an allies).

Also not when on a carrier.

Land or air units do not heal/replenish while at sea
