Is your unit using the "Forced March" order... it will get 50% movement speed bonus but take a 5% damage per hour it is on the order?

health loss
when ever i capture provinces with no ennemies in it i loose health for no reason i even searched in the journal if like my division destroyed another division but it s just captured captured and captred there is no ennemy that my division encountred yet i lost health why????????
