I have qestions if I have concuerd the province the shold the airplanes get destroyd or how it is because I have concuerd the province and there is still enemy aircrafts.

wait a minute, i don't know what the question is.
are you asking what happen to the enemy planes on the enemy province you conquered? or are you reporting a bug where planes are not destroyed while on the enemy province that you conquered and stay there?
if its the first one, then i have answered it already, if its the second one then its a bug, so what is it?

I have quencored the province and planes are still there. My men cant move because of that.

Yeah its a bug i myself and others have had that issue its getting fixed
