Okay so,
I am playing as Poland, I successfully took all of Lithuania and Germany (They have no more land). All the land is covered with stripes.
I understand that you have to send a peace treaty or whatever its called so the land can be yours for good.
But one is a bot and the other is an inactive player, and I couldn't find their country in Diplomacy. The country just disappeared. However, for Germany I messaged him in the past (before he went inactive) so I have his name saved in messages. So, I offered him peace, but I doubt he will ever respond.
Since I took all their land, and their countries cease to exist. How do I get rid of these stripes line and have the land I have taken to be mine?
The land with the stripes is yours the stripes just denotes that it isn't part of your core provinces. You now own the land it will produce resources at a different rate as it is land that you took over and isn't your core which produce the most resources.
How do I get rid of the stripes?
You can't the game will always add the stripes so that you know which provinces are your core and which ones are not.
