Help with spies
I have moved my capital to another province. If enemy send spies to my old capital (original capital of the country), will he be able to get all the intell on all of my provinces? Or this info is only available if you spy on the province where capital is at the moment?

So basically, spy can get info about all my provinces without spying after the capital? I understand that if you send him to a certain province, he will get you the info about that province, but also I thought that getting info about all the provinces with only one spy is gained only if you spy after the capital.

I never said anything about 1 spy. I saying all your armies can be revealed without spying your capital. Information about your provinces can be figured out with the newspaper and other observations.

Spies can gain intel from any of your provinces, without having to enter the capital. The best way to counter is with counter intel spies in your major areas.

It's a bug. Sometimes, if Jearl is killed alone, Saveri Faram will not appear. You can use the console commands prid 00036287 and kill. You will then be able to continue the quest.
