i want to make a game because i want to play world at war. as britain

i dont think you are allowed to make a world at war game even with high command. wait for a new world at war to start and quickly take england

Even with high command you have a limited selection of maps available to you, mostly just the smaller ones. Some maps are only system generated, some are only available as limited time events.
