Go to upper left hand side of map just above Newspaper/Diplomacy circular icons and see a box with your name and country you are playing
Click anywhere in box not associated with an icon e.g. click on your name
This brings up your Overview & Achievements
Go to far right and see a small "right arrow" (just to the right of "known army size" and above your "rank")
Click on this small right arrow twice and you will see your Global Popularity expressed as a Percentage
Click anywhere outside this Overview & Achievements box to return to map

Thank you ! it is 69 %. It is actually a bit lower than nations more aggressive than me. Any suggestions on how to improve it ? i gave shared map to all neutrals and i'm doing a bit of commerce, but i don't know with whom and so i don't know if it gives me actual benefits in terms of popularity. I am in coalition with the two most aggressive nations and maybe that's the point.
