your paratroopers will have a "convert" option which turns from ground unit into a air convoy

How do I get my Paratroopers loaded on my Planes?
I'm not sure how to get my paratroopers loaded on my planes when they are ready to go. How do I go about getting them on the plane before it takes off for a target?

I see. So, when I "convert" them to air units they will automatically board the plane when it takes off?

yes they will, they only need an airfield when they are converted and boom they are on planes
