How do I get unbanned from chatrooms

So I’ve been banned from ALL chatrooms for almost a year now and I’ve just started an alliance, but I can’t rlly talk to everyone that easily because I have to keep emailing when It could be faster to just use the alliance chat. So I really need to know how to get unbanned
