I know how to reply to a post but how say somewhon writes this is not useful I see people like replying to that reply on a post how do I do that.

Do you mean like this?
If so then on the bottom right of the message there is a quote option, once you click it you will have your quotes number on the bottom left of the screen.
When you reply you can click on the quotes at the bottom left and choose which ones you want to include

You can also click and hold then drag your cursor over the text you want to quote in your reply. I find that way the most useful!
