How do you report players

It would be great if Bytro took this seriously. Last time I reported something it was a picture of genitalia that sat at the top of that day's newspaper for days. I eventually got a reply after two days, but even then they didn't remove it immediately and the player was knocked out before it was.

Currently I have a player sending me insults and homophobic slurs. Given my previous experience, I assume it's not something the company would do anything about.

Please be assured that we investigate ALL reports we get. Since we have a lot of players, we get a lot of reports, meaning we unfortunately can’t get to all of them immediately. We will get to them within 72 hours of submission, and investigate them, taking action according to our policies.

OK, that's good to hear. Could you point me to a list of behaviours that are likely to lead to sanctions?

We get many other tickets, like bug reports, questions, etc. Besides, a block button doesn’t punish ToS breakers. It would make people think they can get away with anything.

Your solution is that players should tolerate bad behaviour for up to three days (16 messages from my 'friend' in the last three days) so that you can then decide whether to dish out some punishment, but I'll never know if the offense was sufficient for you to act, and the player may not even be in the game by then. Can you see why my motivation is not strong?

Buenas......en mi ultima partida estaba jugando con un amigo y el y yo nos preguntabamos como un jugador es que tenia tantos tanques y unidades en tan poco tiempo ....bueno en unos dias le estube hablando y el mismo me dijo que en esa partida tenia 2 cuentas ....... Quiero saber si eso se puede hacer o si no como reportar al jugador

The "user report" option is not in the drop-down.

In game... "Support Request" under "Settings"

In chat.. on PC... left click post and the "!" to report message...

Not sure what options you have on mobile..

Multi-accounting is so cheesy. Especially with fake alliances where 1 account has all the points and the others have randomly generated names. I mean, come on, WTF.
