How does popularity work? I know you need a certain amount to get right of way from an AI, but how do you increase your popularity, and how much does your popularity decrease if you attack another country? Also is there a way to check your popularity in a certain game?
You increase your popularity by not be at war with so many countries, give ROW to AI or Shared map just in case they get too smart. 
Declare war before attacking or maybe get trade embargo slowly then declare war. Go to your stat page IN THE GAME and press the arrow button keep going right and you will see the popularity. Good luck!
