How in da heck did I get selected to be a pioneer?

Logged in today, and the game was like "omg ur so hot, we gib yuo big fancy pioneer title and yuo can into the pioneer gaims"
First, to clarify:
1. My battle record...is pretty good, but I've seen better people
2. I'm not even communisti young pioneer member
So can someone explain to me how the game decides who becomes a pioneer?

It's nothing special.
Everyone above Level 40 gets the offer to be a pioneer.
If you don't want simply reject, but the offer will be repeated regularly.
