Roughly 5 HP per unit. It goes by unit type. If the units are damaged, you can have less than 5 HP per unit.

How is the HP of a convoy of a large amount of unit's Calculated?
It surely seems more that the 5hp of a convoy, is it 5hp per unit in the convoy?
