don't use them to shorten production time of units , only use to regain hp of stacks and rebuild airstrips if enemy destroyed them , now everyone have at least 20 strat bombers at speed serversSrbijaCetnik wrote:

with war bonds you can attack your all inactive neighbour countries with only 10 light tanks or 10 tactical bombers at the beginning of game it feels good
sometimes your enemy think he caught your tanks with bombers but he forgot you have war bonds 
sometimes enemy marching in your country and he thinks there is a no unit at city , but before 10 second from fight you spammed a lot of anti tanks and all enemy units died
it has good sides and bad sides , before attacking a player you need to know his war bond count too like his units locations
