How long does it take for staff to act?

There's this really toxic guy in one of my rounds who is spamming the newspaper with some sort of fascist stuff. He keeps saying he wants to kill Serbs and Jews. Me and 3 other people have all reported him a few days ago, but no staff is helping. Meanwhile he continues to post fascist stuff and anti Semitism threats.
