How many nuclear bombers does it take to wipe out a stack with 54 LTs, 30 MTs, 5 HTs, 20 inf, and 56 AA? LTs are level 4, MTs level 3, HTs level 1, Inf lvl 6, and AA level 8?

Oddly specific.
Use them one after the other. You'll know because the last one was enough.
Attack nearby, weaker armies or province nodes. Usean artillery battery's range as your measure. Don't attack large armies with nukes directly.
Aeroplanes are interesting toys but of no military value.

First of all, AA doesn't have 8 levels. In fact, no unit has 8 levels.
Secondly, if that stack has that much max level AA, and lots of other units, nukes will probably not hit it, and if it does, it surely won't destroy the stack completely.
