How many reloading time does it take for each unit when attacking?

I want to know how much reloading time when attacking/fighting for destroyer and light tanks, But i'd love to know the reloading time of other units too

A standard combat round is an hour. This will be the case for all units. If your map runs at 2x speed, then a combat round will be 30 minutes. This concept applies to 6x and 10x rounds.

Aircraft on patrol (only on patrol), will do 25% attack value every 25% of a combat round, so, on a standard round, every fifteen minutes.

Tnx!

As stated above, all ground and naval units locked in direct combat ("melee") will attack once every 60 minutes. Ranged weaponry units, including artillery and naval gunfire from DDs, CCs and BBs, will fire for effect once every 60 minutes. All units will defend every time they are attacked, regardless of how often they are attacked per hour -- ranged units still only fire effect once per hour.

Aircraft unit on direct attack will deliver their full attack value every time they attack, which is conceivably more than once per hour IF they are flying from an air base which is very close to their target. Aircraft on patrol will, as described above, deliver 25% of their full attack value every 15 minutes. Caveat: If you move the patrolling aircraft, their 15-minute countdown ticker will restart.

Aircraft units, like ground and naval units locked in melee contact, will defend themselves every time they are attacked.

Ranged gunfire units still only fire for effect once every 60 minutes, but they will defend themselves every time they are attacked in melee combat or by aircraft on patrol or direct attack.

It is not unusual for a unit in melee combat to be both an attacker and defender -- which will happen automatically if both units are moving when they meet -- and then both units will have a 60-minute attack ticker.

Can you please explain the DDs, CCs, and BBs

Sorry, @SKYLANDER289, those are WW2-era U.S. Navy shorthand, and later NATO abbreviations, for destroyers (DD), cruisers (CC), and battleships (BB). Aircraft carriers are CVs, and conventionally-powered submarines were abbreviated SS (but for some reason that's fallen out of usage, perhaps because of confusion with that German organization with similar initials). You will also see CVN for nuclear-powered carrier, BBN for nuclear-power battleship, and SSN for nuclear-powered attack submarine.

In the modern era, and not relevant to this game, the U.S. Navy also uses DDG (guided missile destroyer), CG (guided missile cruiser), and SSBN (nuclear ballistic missile submarine).

Tnx for explaining it helped a lot.
