how many units in a stack 10 or 15?

In the Wiki, the answer is stacks of 10. Maybe I'm confused because I played Call of War 1942 once or twice.

1.Are there separate rules for Call of War and Call of War 1942. Specifically are the stacking rules different?

2. I remember reading in forum or notes or somewhere that stacking rules consider 15 units. What is the current rule for plain old Call of War?

Only the 10 most strongest units in a stack give damage to the opponents stack.
