How Many VP's Needed by 3-nation coalition to win Tutorial (Europe, North Africa, North America)?

When you open the World Herald and click on the Game Info button on the right side, the required points and the time until the next change of day are displayed.
On the 22-player map are needed 824 points (80%) for a co-victory win, and 618 points (60%) for a solo win.
Browser games are an ingenious business idea to lure out money ..
