How to Build Economy ?
When playing as an Axis Faction I got into a problem, Im reall short on resources. So well I build some industry and it still doesnt work, what should I do ? Afk ?

Don’t forget about recruiting stations as well! Manpower is often scarce mid game

Never feel scared to attack someone! A gathered army can crush a divided force twice its size one by one, and often players will do that. Seek out the more inactive neighbors and go aggressive to get resources, then use those to take out larger ones.
