How can I find out if anyone is spying on me?

If you spy on country information it may tell you how many and where their spies are, then you move your spies to that location on counter espionage .

Also sometimes their spies will take action and the newspaper will report sabotage.

No, you can spy anywhere, even at friends and allies.

Of all spy functions I prefer reveal all armies at the start of a war ... It's a pricey one, but I think it's worthy ...
