How to declare war without damaging reputation?

Hi,

I was looking for the "declare war" command, but could not find it. Is the only way to attack someone by just attacking him?

Also, what happens if you backstab someone you, for instance, share intel with?

Thank you.

So, an attacking anti aircraft will damage a plane defending a region, but 10 tanks and 10 infantry will die and not damage it?

I recommend only use the anti-aircraft to defend positions ashore.

"I came, I saw, I conquered" Written in a report to Rome 47 B.C., after conquering Pharnaces at Zela in Asia Minor in just five days; as quoted in Life of Caesar by Plutarch; reported to have been inscribed on one of the decorated wagons in the Pontic triumph, in Lives of the Twelve Caesars, Julius, by Suetonius.
"Alea iacta est" Gaius Julius Caesar.

@UrokljivoOko

I can only get into the 40 VPs countries.

The past is a foreign country.

"I recommend only use the anti-aircraft to defend positions ashore."

Maybe I expressed myself badly.

If you look at the attacking/defending values of units, you can see low level infantry and armor have no attacking value against air units. Does that mean air units are immune to their attack? What will happen if 10 infantry units and 10 light tank units attacked a province with 1 intercpetor?

Unrelated to this, why use anti aircraft to defend positions ashore? In case of air attack, or is there some other reason?

I don't know if this is red by developers, but I can't see anything on my mobile phone, except top left corner of the screen.

Can't help you with the interceptor values, but there was a problem where the planes were invincible, and it's been fixed now.

About AAs, carry them with your stacks of troops, so they're able to respond to an aerial attack.

Hey again :) Tnx for the answers!

Can you tell me how to increase the speed by which I gain menpower?

Your barracks will increase manpower production, as well as raising your morale on said province. :)

Gain more provinces aha.

So, build as many barracs as possible :) Got it!

When do I win? When the last province is conquesred?

Lol, maybe not build a barracks in every province, that would kill your food production.

I'm playing a map set up by a friend... I have 2 millions of everything, except manpower :) So, it would be ok on this map :)

What about that winning question, pls?

Another one.... I'm fighting a battle, 2 squadrons of units (mine) against one enemy squadron. There is a sign above one of my units, but no sign above other squadron, althrough I gave the order to attack. IS second squadron participating in the fight?
