So far, from Operations you can only get Level 1 and 2 Flame Tanks. How can you obtain a Level 3 Flame Tank?

Hi Tommy, you can unlock the Level 3 flame tank by completing the final reward from the current Operation Firestorm. You have to capture 300 provinces to unlock it.
