How to increase Economic Score

I'm curious as to how to increase my economic score. My military score is nearly twice the economic score. I routinely build IC's,infrastructure, air and naval bases. Fortresses are about the only building I don't build. Label me 'In the dark'. I'm asking in reference to 1.0, not 1.5.

So..you don’t build barracks? .

Yes I build barracks, but not in every city. As I said earlier, the only thing I don't build is fortifications. Is that the answer? Hmmm, time to experiment.

So...building barracks does help. I suppose building fortifications would too. Thank you RiverWolf74!

hmm...do you build high levels of your buildings or just always level 1.

Perhaps, compared to most players, you have a good tactical and strategic mind (e.g. high K/D ratio) and that helps you military score be high. And it could be that you produce large amounts of good quality military units (e.g. armor, bombers, capital ships).

In most of my games I build IC's to high levels where production may be low of products I need (e.g. oil and food).

But I would not worry about economic and military scores as long as the result is lots of wins ... 8)

To RiverWolf74: Yes, I generally build IC's to high levels, particularly in territories that are high in materials.

To Gusv: I have about a 1 to 1 k/d ratio with live players, much higher with AI. And yes I do build large amounts of armor bombers and capital ships. Thank you for the advice.

welll....I suggest you try 1.5 then, you can build more buildings not there. Also try to play speed rounds so you can build buildings faster. Other than that, playing more games will help you increase...otherwise, it’s possible that you!re extremely good at using troops and military.

I suspect I'm fairly average, but I have no idea how good I am. I'm in my 16th game, need 2 points to be level 46. 1 solo win, 3 coalition. Whatever that means, thank you for the advice.

You get points for each building and each level of building towards your economic score.

Really the key to maximizing your economic score is to spend any extra resources on buildings late in the game when you are in the β€œmop up” phase and don’t need to keep producing units.
