How to report on mobile?

In a game I have been playing recently, there has been quite a but of harassment. Not saying I haven’t gone back and forth with the guy, but he has been using excessive amounts of language and taunts. Probably won’t get banned, and if he does I probably would go down with him, but for future reference... how do you report someone on mobile?
