How to share Spy report

Unfortunately, you can't share your intel reports with your teammate unless you have high command. If you do have high command, set your relation to shared intelligence.

You need to have high command and you need to give your ally shared intel before day change for him to have access to the spy data. The spy data is basically a kind of screenshot on day change. If you give shared intel after day change, your ally won't see a thing.

You could also message them about where their units are
