make a new account? I dont know. Honestly the tutorial only helps with basics. If you really want to get good read the handbook thing or whatever its called it goes in depth and has a lot of great info

Most of what I remember is a little pop-up of Marshal Zhukov telling me: "Build more fighters, comrade, the bombers are coming!" He also encouraged me to over-produce infantry. There was probably some helpful advice, but certainly nothing about budgeting my limited production of oil and food.

You learn much more from forum posts and fighting humans than from the tutorial. The military advisor wants you to be patrolling all the time.
