If I add target, will artillery stop at target and wait a little or just keep going through them?
Didn't want to make title too long than it already is.
[Q] If I add targets in places with the artillery reload intervals, will the artillery shoot when it reaches each point or just move through them all without stopping, shooting, and then moving again?

Yes, with ranged units like arty, add target makes it just move. Maybe they could add an add attack target or something like that, and you can set how long you want to bombard each target. Of course, something like this would probably only be for High Command.

They will just move through them all but if you have High Command they will shoot at the nearest target every hour.

With high command there are many fire control settings which enable you to program moves for artillery and other bombardment units to behave the way you desire.
