Yes, it is a problem (imo). There is no way to determine you aren't one person multi-accounting to gain an unfair advantage over the other players on that one map.
The conventional wisdom (consideration) is: same IP, diff. maps.

Info about sharing IP
Hello all,
I wonder if there is any problem if i log in with two accounts from same IP adress. The thing is that my friend is visiting me for this week, maybe 10 days.. and we are going to share IP adress. Will it be a problem if we play on same map, is there any rules, restrictions, etc.

If i though about multi-accounting or cheating in any way i would never ask for help on your forum. As i said, it will be only for 10 days.Anyway, you can easily check out from which IP we registered our accounts (it's not same country).
We will not send resources to each other, we want to play together same as we are at our homes.
p.s. This game is made to make fun, right? There is no fun in cheating.

We dont allow people to play on the same IP address, as anyone could say they had a friend over. I suggest Playing on separate maps to keep from having issues.
