Infrastructure speed bonus

Last I checked it was military spies in provinces which preferably do not have any infrastructure. But take this answer with a grain of salt because I have not played any game since the purge of canvas. I need new hardware to play again.

Let's assume your unit moves at a base speed of 50 in plains. Adding the infrastructure below:

None: 50

Lvl 1: 83.5

lvl 2: 116.5

lvl 3: 150

Infrastructure is typically underutilized by players, but can provide you a clear battlefield advantage if you've strategically placed in certain areas. Using the landscape to your advantage, you can speed up your passage through rough terrain such as mountains. You can also use it to create alternate routes to speed by where the typical path would not.

As for the spies, generally speaking military sabotage has a better chance to reveal all armies.
