Ingame report not working

Im trying to report a player with the ingame report feature (he posted an img of a swastika flag in the newspaper)

However its been 16 hours since i submited the report and still nobody has removed it.

please help

I had a report go two weeks without action with the game ending. Same issue. Don’t expect a response.
