Mess with the Bill, you get the scorn!
Is there any advantage to intelligence spice into capitals instead of any other provinces?

Yeah, they can intercept messages and can give you info about what's built in all the provinces. Sometimes, if you get real lucky, they can reveal all troops.
My favorite part about blue spies is the intercept of messeges, which I can use to manipulate both my allies and enemies, I find that quite amusing.
intercepting messages is fun, once intercepted a conversation between two friends about 1 of them getting dumped. Much lol
Lol.
Yeah, I intercepted something similar. Enough insults in the messages to get you banned for life here
hehe, I also like economic sabotage spies, got bored once and put 10 of em in one city. Few days later they relabeled to me xD, guess that's one way of taking over a nation.
How much morale did the province lose per day?Ellio_98 wrote:

varied alot since the spies sometimes failed, died or just blew up the production. But it averaged about 10-15%
Actually, military sabotage spies can reveal all armies, and if you're "lucky" intelligence spies can reveal armies in the province they're located at.Pablo22510 wrote:

I've intercepted messages about two kids talking about Fruit Loops and the Patriots. LOL
How many spies do you generally need to have any effect? Is one spy enough, or should you put more, like 5 or something?
You can have as many as you like. More are more effective but they tend to get caught more often.
