It appears to when you select the unit, however my testing of that theory has been inconclusive when I have tried this. My planes seemed to take just as much damage in the fort as they would without the fort. I have NOT extensively tested this, only a few times when the logistics worked out. So I will give a definite "Maybe" to answer your questiondanebiffer wrote:
