Is there a way to know if an account is banned?

i think that one of my accounts were banned but I do not what for and why they would have gotten banned. I do not know if there is anything I can do about it? I have submitted a ticket of the issue, normally CoW staff is quick with replies to issues. I just got high commander for 25 days (I only got to use it for 2-3 days if that) and now can not access the game so that is the main reason of concern.
