Is this a mistake?
I see that my militia level 2 has a stealth level 1. level 1 militia is also having stealth level 1. But level 3 is stealth level 2. Is this a mistake, or just a mistake in pan-asian which I am checking right now...

Recent militia nerf and commando boost to discourage the former and encourage more of the latter.
