Yes I have had a similar issue on 1 of my maps . I can't select multiple provinces from the province list to build things and have to do it 1 at a time .

issue with construction and production
so i am a complete n00b at this so bare with me.
I have started a simple game and I am trying to construct more tanks to push forward however although i have the abbility to build these tanks and have the resorces to do so it simply does not construct them at all.
it que's them but then just disapears. any assistance would be great.
