I cannot connect to my call of war server. I have tried everything I can (i.e. restarting router, restarting computer, clearing browser cache, clearing browser history, restarting chrome and waiting an hour) yet I still cannot join. Maybe the server is down and I just don't know. The error message is "Game 4,342,228 can temporarily not be accessed. Please try again in a few minutes," then "Games could not be loaded. Please try again later." Note I am very new to the game so I just might be dumb.

At the time when you wrote this post, there was a temporary server issue.
It is already solved and all game join issues should be solved as well.
In case the problem persists, please let us know in this thread: Report here if you can not enter your game!.
