Kicked out of game

Hello,

I have a couple questions for an admin:

1) I was recently kicked out of a game for offensive messages. I don’t deny this, I’m a very competitive person and am a big trash talker. I use it as part of my strategy to hopefully get opponents to make foolish decisions. I received my second warning of all time and the first warning for that game the morning of 11/12. I sent one more message mentioning I finally had gotten under his skin (nothing offensive or comparable to the trash talk earlier). Then that night I was kicked from the game for violating the rule again. But that last messaged I sent was nothing? I am really bummed out about getting kicked and am dying to be allowed back into this game.

Sorry for all the rambling but basically point of this post is to ask if it’s possible to be added back into that game? I really enjoy this game and was playing with a friend in that, who just got thrown to the wolves being by himself.

2) just a general question: why is trash talk banned? And instead of kicking people from the game would it be possible just to have a mute option similar to a call of duty lobby?
