Language in Forums

Hello everybody, I have a question. As you already know, my username is pablo22510. I joined this community in early June, when there still wasn't a Spanish server. i am the second most active user in the English forums. Today, I tried to log out to change to the Spanish forum and see how active it was. So I logout, change the language to Spanish and then log back in again. Result: I am taken back to the English server. My question is: If you create your account on the English server you can't use that account on the Spanish server?
