Launch Rocket
I am trying to launch a rocket and it warns me that it cant be recalled. I hit ok but it doesnt launch? I am launching from a Lv 2 air base.
Whats the deal?

Sounds like a bug. Put this in Bug Reports and Issues and it should get sorted out eventually.

Rockets can only attack stationary targets outside of your borders.

Actually, you can fire at moving targets but the rocket will launch to the point of where the target is at launch and your target will most likely move out of the damage radius of the rockets before they reach their destination.
