Seems legit.
For those of you who have experienced the use of nukes in nuclear warfare, what are your thoughts, your experiences? Devastating? Average amount of kills per nuke? Less effective to nuke large concentrations of soldiers, or lower ones? Can the nuke hit armies on the move just as effectively as standstill? Hard or easy to shoot down nuclear bombers?

Seems legit.
Besides, the game starts in 1932 and is based in 1942. Ends in the 60's I think. Clearly you cannot date weapons well or read text.
Proof?
First map is Europe 1932, game is CoW
upremacy 1942 and the Leopard I is from 1965.
True.
I almost forgot about what the thread was about while reading the comments lol. I love that I dont even need to stack my nukes at lvl 3. Unless theres a force of over 20 or so I usually just launch em one at a time.
It does speak volumes though if you launch a stack, it's a special way to tell them "I have so many I can waste them"
Haha yeah. Nukes are awesome.
I have like 8 in one of my games right now. Im going save them up for the grand finale eventually.
Who's the lucky contestant?
Frankly I have found the effectiveness of nuclear bombers & or rockets to be sporadic. Sometimes they are devastating sometimes, meh. Exception is max level which always delivers. I also prefer to use just rockets.
Ducwigen has spoken. Glad I'm not the only one.
Am i the only one who thinks Rockets are much cooler than "missile"
* launches Rocket*

Yes.
Well there are no missiles in the game
There are plenty of missiles.
missile
ˈmɪsʌɪl/
noun
| synonyms: | projectile; raretrajectile"a player was hit by a missile thrown by a spectator" |
lol was being sarcastic about thinking missiles are cooler than rockets after formerly insisting that they are not in the game and shouldnot be mentioned as such

In modern military usage, a missile, or guided missile, is a self-propelled precision-guided munition system, as opposed to an unguided self-propelled munition, referred to as a rocket.
-Wikipedia
Therefore, we can call them either rockets or missiles.kubickle wrote:
