Logged out by game update but can’t log back in

Hello,

I have been logged out by a game update on the app on mobile. I can’t log in anymore. I used my Game Centre profile on apple to play but there isn’t even an option any more to log in using this?

I have no email linked to send me a password reset or anything?

I’m mid game and really need to get back into it
