Login issues

I have been playing CoW on my phone 30 minutes earlier. Went to get back on the game and it loaded me like a new player. I tried to use password recovery and it said "email" did not exist. I only use two emails and tried both and it said invalid email, except when I set up a new account, but I want my old account back. I was a level 41 , user name was : Aamedia.

When setting up the new account I tried to use my old login "Aamedia" and it said it was taken, so I know my account is out there somewhere.

Any help on recovering my old account?

Nothing we can do for you here on the forum. Looks like you have already created a support ticket. Tickets are worked in the order received, so unfortunately you won't likely receive a reply today.
