Lost gold rewards

So far, I have been unable to collect the last 3 rewards that I've achieved. it tells me to collect them, I click collect, and the box disappears and no gold is given to my account. The game is game #7088885 and I am Mexico. How do i collect the gold?

Hey there,

Normally it may take up to 48 hours to receive gold, but if you still do not receive, you will need to submit an in-game support request so we can take a look at it.
