I'm rich in every single resource. Exept man power. 
This is holding me back from producing more troops for the world's mightiest army!
So.. do any of you have any tips of how I could gain man power quickly?

If you build barracks in areas with high production, that will do the trick. But don't build too many otherwise you will start to lose a load of grain.
yes i have similar problems as well, build barracks but its also important to look at your army composition, if there are a lot of infantry there draining your manpower.
Armored,ships,and planes cost manpower in production but no manpower upkeep just oil and grain, try to replace your infantry or limit them to some extent

If you already have barracks, upgrade them. I believe it provides more manpower each time you upgrade.
Yes upgrade, it's more efficient
