Map Designs
I have a map idea similar to the 31 player map on S1914 but different, am i allowed to design one and hand it to admin/devs to see if they like it? or for the time being is it not needed

we will like it i think!
Best will be to ask the devs if its same way to create a map like in supremacy or not. Support will be able to give you some answer i think.

We are certainly happy about map proposals. You can use the design guidelines that also hold for Supremacy (plus the definition of 'Urban' Provinces, Core Provinces and Terrain).
We ourselves are working on a 20+ player map similar to the 30 player Supremacy 1914 scenario.
