Yes, please, a little help...

QUESTION: In the drop-down menu for map type, there is a Europe (22) and a Europe (21). What is the difference? If it the total number of countries, which country is left out of the (21) map?

QUESTION: What is the difference(s) between Coalition and Free Team play? Advantages, disadvantages?

QUESTION: Does a starting Peace Period for players also apply to AI countries? ...or only if the AI Peace Period is also selected as a filter?

I assume you are talking about how some matches have pre-picked coalitions, and some have free coalitions. Basically, there are matches where you are put into permanent coalitions, and there are some where you get to choose which coalitions you want to join. Pretty simple.

I'm pretty sure they are separate. You can see the AI peace period and they player peace period when selecting a match.

I think that country they remove is Finland

I think that country they remove is Finland
It's probably replaced by CCCP then. In 1939, they invaded Finland and held it by the end of 1940. So, this is probably a later version of the same/similar map.

That map got reduced to 21 players due to a bug, that happened many months ago. This map is also not in use currently, was only during a testing period, thats why it probably wasnt put back to 22 players. So basically, you can ignore it.
