There are no measuring tools in CoW. The maps do not have scales, or grid coordinates.

measure kilometers
I want to land a point and I wonder do enemy planes have enough range to reach my units how can I measure it ?

You can use your own planes or artillery as a measuring tool. If you select your unit that has a range circle you can give it a move order and the range circle will show around your cursor as a dashed line.
Of course with planes keep in mind that researched level will affect range

A pencil with a fingernail mark held at the same approximate angle to a desired target using an existing unit range circle often serves as my range measuring tool
