The elite units are unlocked with blueprints. blueprints can be captured in supply drops (make sure supply drops are enabled in a game you're playing), or may be purchased with gold on the blueprint section of your statistics page

Mechanized infantry lvl 6
I have mechanized infantry level 5. I want next level. But for level 6 I need to get blueprints requirements. Where can I get these blueprint requirements?
